Allie Merriam is a consultant with more than 15 years experience in digital media and video. She helps freelance clients with editorial and short-form video strategy, including video edits, to optimize their content creation and distribution. She also produces personal editorial projects, including a popular podcast about the British royal family.

Previously, Allie was the executive producer at Dotdash Meredith leading the video production, editing, distribution, and strategy for four home and lifestyle brands. She created new video franchises, managed a full-time team of ten, and accelerated social video growth, earning Webby Award honors for her work. Before that, Allie spearheaded video strategy for Condé Nast brands, including Vogue, and established a company-wide video content strategy. Allie started her career at POPSUGAR, where she helped scale both the digital editorial and video divisions of the business.

Allie holds a master's degree in communication and media studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science. She is passionate about engaging and innovative content that connects with audiences across platforms and formats. She is always looking for new opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow in the dynamic and evolving field of digital media and video.
